IgnitionAI designs, deploys and operates the generative-AI building blocks for the technical leadership of French mid-market companies. Our engagements run from initial scoping to production rollout, with intellectual-property transfer at delivery.
Our consultants are senior AI engineers. They size the architecture, write the production code and instrument the systems they deliver. This operational commitment is what determines whether an enterprise RAG is still reliable after six months of use, or whether a conversational agent exposed to customers holds up in production.
We structure our engagements in short phases, with a documented go/no-go before each budget escalation. Scoping takes two weeks and ends with a written opinion. The prototype sprint takes four to six weeks and delivers a system you can test on your data. Production takes three to nine months and includes training your teams to operate the system. These durations are IgnitionAI averages based on our 8 engagements in 2024-2025; actual ranges can vary by ±30% depending on context complexity.
We work in French, for French mid-market companies of 500 to 5,000 employees. Our engagements often involve regulated sectors: banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector. In these markets, compliance, auditability and sovereign hosting are prerequisites for any production rollout.

We turn down engagements without a solid use case
AI is not the answer to every problem. If a business rule, a better internal tool or a targeted script meets the need better, we put it in writing in the scoping report.
The scope includes the production rollout
An engagement ends when the system is running in production on your infrastructure, instrumented and documented. No engagement stops at a demo or an isolated prototype.
Data and infrastructure sovereignty
We host your systems on your enterprise cloud or on a French sovereign cloud. All access is governed by a GDPR-compliant NDA and, where needed, a DPA. We hand over all code, models and documentation at the end of the engagement.
One narrative, from the C-suite to the engineering teams
Our consultants present a ROI to your executive leadership and write the code in review with your engineers. This continuity removes the recurring risk of firms that push the technical handover to the very end of the engagement.
AI governance and access control built in by default
Every system we deliver inherits your existing permission model: through an agent, a production operator only reaches documents they would already access in your business apps. AI Act documentation, an AI system registry and a risk map are part of the standard deliverable.
