Frequently asked questions

  • Is the 30-minute conversation paid?

    No. It is free and does not commit you to anything. We look at your case together, and you leave with a clear view: can an agent help you, or not.

  • How much does it cost?

    It depends on what the agent has to do and on which documents. We talk about it during the conversation, and you receive a written quote before you commit.

  • Our documents are confidential. What about GDPR?

    Your documents are hosted in France, at OVH. If you prefer that they do not leave your infrastructure, the agent can run under licence (Agence/ESN offer, on quote) on your own cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP). During the conversation, we go through the data the agent will read, and the data it must not read.

  • What if the AI invents an answer?

    Your agent is instructed to answer only from your documents, and to say when they do not answer. Every answer cites its sources: your team checks instead of taking it on trust.

  • What if the agent acts on its own?

    It cannot. The AI cannot give itself the green light for a sensitive action: an action marked “confirmation required” does not go out on its decision alone.

  • Will we end up depending on you?

    You choose where your agent runs: on a subscription, managed by us, or under licence (Agence/ESN offer, on quote), on your own cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP). And the brick that connects the agent to your tools is public and open source: any developer can read it.

  • You are a small outfit. Is that a risk?

    You talk directly to the person who designs your agent: Salim Laimeche, senior AI engineer. Founder's experience at BNP Paribas CIB, Sanofi, Brevo.   • Do you only do support, marketing and development?

    No, those are examples. We start from the work that comes back in your company, whatever your line of work, and we build the agent for that work. If an agent is not the right answer, we tell you during the conversation.

  • Do I need to provide an API key?

    No. On a subscription, the AI is managed for you and credits are included. No key to provide.

  • How does the 30-minute conversation work?

    You describe where your team loses time and what you have already tried. We tell you frankly whether an agent can help, or whether there is something simpler. If yes, you receive a written scope and quote.

  • What size of company do you work with?

    With SMBs.
