Our core target: mid-market and enterprise, from around 200 employees up. We've also run engagements at hyper-growth SMEs structuring their AI ahead of scaling. For pre-PMF startups, we tend to point toward one-off advisory instead.

How long before a usable first result?
A scoping takes two weeks. A prototype sprint, four to six. You have something to show your teams or your leadership committee within two months — not six.

Do you handle sensitive or regulated data?
Yes. Banking, insurance, healthcare, legal: half of our engagements fall in sectors where compliance is non-negotiable. Sovereign hosting, tenant isolation, GDPR audit: all of that is part of the engagement by default.

What if I want to test before committing to a long project?
That's exactly what the scoping and the prototype sprint are for. You commit to a short phase, you validate the value, and then you decide. No framework contract tying you beyond the signed scope.

Do you offer training for our teams?
Yes — it's even mandatory at the end of a production rollout. Code handover, operations runbook, pair-programming sessions with your engineers — so your teams can evolve the system without depending on us.
