Starting a project with IgnitionAI

  • Step 1 — First call (30 minutes, free)

    You describe your business context, your target use case and what you've already tried. We tell you frankly whether the topic is ripe for AI — or whether there's a simpler answer worth exploring first.

  • Step 2 — Scoping (2 weeks)

    A senior consultant digs into your data, your infrastructure and your constraints. Output: a scoping document with feasibility, costed technical options, target ROI, anticipated risks. It's on this document that we make the go/no-go decision together.

  • Step 3 — Prototype sprint (4 to 6 weeks)

    Building a functional prototype on your real data. Tested internally by your teams. Goal: concrete proof, not a scripted demo. We measure quality, document the limits, and identify what must change before production.

  • Step 4 — Production rollout (3 to 9 months)

    Target architecture, deployment on your infrastructure, monitoring, guardrails, compliance, team training. At the end, you have a system that runs — and your engineers know how to maintain and evolve it.

  • What we expect from you

    A technical point of contact (CTO, data lead, head of engineering) available for regular exchanges, access to a representative subset of your data from the scoping stage, and your teams' availability for the handover. The rest, we handle.
